Through the practical exploration of children's Wushu education and teaching activities. In the gamification teaching of Wushu characteristics, children have different performances. To sum up, there are the following situations: I will talk about my experience from six aspects.
First, in children's Wushu activities, most children are full of interest in Wushu activities and actively study.
I set an example and infect children. Every time I take part in martial arts activities, I stand in front of my children in high spirits, hoping that they can learn through observation and imitation. In order to protect children's interest in learning, I consciously take the children with proper movements to demonstrate in front: please ask the children with standardized movements to lead the team in front when practicing. In order to increase children's interest in martial arts, I also matched the children's martial arts movements with their favorite music.
Second, children in martial arts activities, some children learn new moves slowly.
There are individual differences in the development of children's physical exercise ability, and some children are slow to accept new movements, so I will start from a small place and subdivide the movements. Teach an action in great detail. At the same time, practice repeatedly with children's favorite games. For example, in the game (martial arts Woodenhead), I let children play martial arts Woodenhead. The children recited the children's song "Martial Arts Woodenhead, Martial Arts Woodenhead, Deciding the Baby". When children watch children's songs, they become martial arts Woodenhead, and stop here with a martial arts action model. If you can't persist, you will be defeated. Children will have a sense of accomplishment when they study, and they will trust teachers.
Third, children in martial arts activities, some children are mechanical and have no pleasure.
I know that simple martial arts action teaching can't satisfy children's thirst for knowledge. When preparing for the activity, I use multimedia to demonstrate for the children. This method can vividly integrate action demonstration, explanation and music. Let children see and understand quickly. I use my camera to record the process or fragments of children's activities in martial arts activities and show them to myself after the activities. This method can attract children's attention most, and children will feel a sense of accomplishment after reading it. Martial arts activities are not necessarily isolated. I also combine children's daily activities to guide children subtly. For example, when enjoying art, children can watch pictures of martial arts performances, and when watching videos, children can watch cartoons about martial arts. Let children naturally like martial arts.
Fourth, children need to master a certain "scale" when learning martial arts.
When I was guiding children's Wushu activities, I first put safety in an important position. Because the child's body is growing and developing, bone marrow tissue is easily damaged. For example, some children are prone to fall when doing a 360-degree rollover rotator. Due to the relatively slow development of children's individual movements, based on the different levels of children's physical development, my teaching objectives are required to have corresponding levels. For example, in reviewing the basic movements of Wushu, I designed a game "White-haired Girl". Game play: Children play games in groups of 6 and ask one child to be a "white-haired girl". Standing in the middle of the circle, the other five children stand in a circle. Hand in hand around the "white-haired girl", "white-haired girl" should close her eyes and point forward. Five people said, "It's windy and rainy. There is a white-haired girl in the south, either she (he) or you. " After the children's song was finished, the five children stopped and put on a martial arts action. "White-haired girl" points at a person with her eyes open, so which classmate will be a white-haired girl. Someone else will continue the game. Ask the child to stretch into place. Be cheerful and actively participate. Children can choose different movements with different difficulties to participate in game activities. This can not only avoid muscle strain of children, but also keep their interest in learning martial arts.
5. Children are sometimes not interested in martial arts and are distracted during activities.
When I was teaching martial arts, I found that some children sometimes get distracted and are not interested in martial arts. Treating such children requires case studies and follow-up analysis. At the same time, guide children to contact the reality of life and find martial arts in life. For example, parents take their children to watch martial arts performances and communicate with people who are used to practicing martial arts in the morning. Listen to them talk about the benefits of Tai Ji Chuan, Mulan Fan and Wudang Sword to fitness. Deepen children's understanding of Wushu fitness and increase their interest in Wushu.
Six, children need the support and encouragement of their peers to learn martial arts.
Children's love for martial arts needs to be shared with their peers. No cooperation and sharing can bring them successful experience and happiness, and their self-confidence has been greatly developed. After understanding the basic movements of martial arts, I compiled a set of martial arts exercises, which consists of two parts: the basic movements of martial arts and the formation of queues. It follows the principle of strengthening the body, so that all parts of the child can be exercised. Let children participate in the rehearsal of Wushu practice. The movements are from shallow to deep, and the cycle is gradual, which also reflects the effect of layered performance. For example, children in different formations can do different difficult movements, such as turning 360 degrees sideways and flying their feet. The children with better body movements are displayed in the middle of the field, and the rest of the children are placed around to do different movements, which shows the different overall level of children's movement development.
Through the practice and reflection of martial arts activities, I gradually regard the personality differences between children as normal. Wushu activities are rich in content, vivid, flexible, tumbling and skillful, which is easy to arouse children's interest. Through Wushu education and teaching activities, each child's ability can be improved to varying degrees on the original basis.
extreme
23 years old, it has been seven years since I entered the martial arts school and went to college. I don't know how much blood and sweat I have shed in seven years. I feel the profoundness of China Wushu more and more, and my enthusiasm for China Wushu is getting stronger and stronger. Five virtues have always been my pursuit and guidance.
Years of study and experience have made me deeply realize that Wushu is the crystallization of the wisdom of our Chinese nation and a valuable intangible cultural heritage. As descendants, we have the responsibility to inherit, pass on and carry forward. This is our unshirkable responsibility.
Years of martial arts experience have made me deeply understand that martial arts "takes morality as the top, enlightenment as the end, and martial arts as the end."
Respecting teachers and stressing morality is an excellent tradition of our Chinese nation. Wushu pays attention to inheritance. Teachers spend a lot of energy and financial resources in life to acquire kung fu and ingenuity, hoping to pass it on, but it will not be passed on to those who forget their teachers, but only to future generations who are moral, cultured and love China Wushu. Therefore, the descendants of martial arts must learn and pass on their predecessors' kung fu and methods with their love for China martial arts and gratitude to their teachers.
Martial arts practitioners should be modest and prudent, not open-minded, not the best in the world, and should pay attention to learning the strengths of others with an open mind and making up for their own shortcomings with the strengths of others. Only in this way can we make greater progress.
It is an absolute truth that "art is as high as virtue"!
People who practice martial arts talk about "understanding." With my years of experience in practicing Sanda, I can't get the true meaning of Sanda without understanding it. Sanda is an excellent martial arts sport in China. Unlike taekwondo and karate, Sanda pays attention to rules and etiquette. What it cares about is the ability to defeat the enemy flexibly. Sanda is the most flexible and valuable kung fu. Practicing Sanda can cultivate such will qualities as wit, tenacity, courage, flexibility and decisiveness. Know yourself and know yourself: In this way, you can know how to advance and retreat in real life, know yourself and know yourself, and Zhi Zhi will not be humiliated. Therefore, Wushu must be practiced in Xiu De first. This is not a mystery, only that offensive personality can never get close to the peak of martial arts! Think differently: Practice and actual combat are also two different sports. When facing different opponents in actual combat, you also need to adjust your contingency thinking and combat state, so martial arts practitioners also have a big taboo-that is, inflexibility. It is called shrewdness in practice and inner peace in actual combat. Don't be impetuous To sum up, our body and mind should be adjusted to a state like water, which can take any form or not.
Don't be eager for quick success and instant benefit: Some martial arts practitioners are diligent, practice early and practice late, and are not afraid of hardship and involvement. This spirit is good, and martial arts needs the psychological understanding that "nothing is impossible, but they don't want to do it". However, some martial arts practitioners enter the restricted area, and some hope for quick success and instant benefit. For example, many Sanda practitioners now start practicing at the age of fifteen or sixteen, and after four or five years of practice, they begin to compete. This may produce some results, but it is not good for athletes' health. In addition, they are unlikely to have enough time to integrate and absorb the essence of martial arts culture. After they become famous, they can only feel that they are fighters, not China martial artists, because they don't have this psychological quality and connotation. Wushu should also be practiced simultaneously.
Do not bully: The moral spirit of Wushu, as an integral part of China's traditional ethics, is the embodiment of China's traditional ethical spirit in the field of Wushu. Although its content is constantly supplemented and enriched with the development of different periods, its essence is still manifested as: benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, faith and courage.
"Benevolence": to some extent, it summarizes all human moral consciousness, which is also the moral pursuit and virtue realm of martial arts practitioners. The basic meaning of benevolence is to love all people with extensive love, and the core of benevolence is kindness, which requires people in Wulin to be kind to their teachers, filial to their brothers and love their relatives and friends. Loyalty and forgiveness are the way to be a man. Martial arts practitioners are required to be loyal to their teachers. A broader understanding is loyalty to the cause, to the nation, to the country, to others, to forgive others with love, and to seek peace and harmony.
"Righteousness": Righteousness is the basis of doing good. In martial arts, it can also be understood that "benevolence" is a transition to human moral behavior through the link of "righteousness", and "righteousness" is the method, way and standard of acting according to "benevolence". Righteousness is also rooted in the heart of shame and evil, so there is also a critical moral judgment, which is the "should" standard of shame, good and evil. In addition, in martial arts, "righteousness" is understood as order and rank. "Righteousness and righteousness" means that the words and deeds of martial arts practitioners should be equal to their own status. The principle of mentoring between the monarch, the minister, the father and the son cannot be confused. This is a sacred and inviolable human relationship in the minds of people in Wulin.
"Rite": "Rite" comes from people's respect, which is the degree of benevolence and morality and the etiquette and appearance of treating people. Martial arts has strict standards and regulations on "etiquette", from which a series of specific and formal etiquette is derived, which is directly put into the moral practice of martial arts practitioners as the decoration of their behavior. "Li" also includes a sanctions system, and those who violate "Li" should be punished. "Rite" has practical significance in Wushu. It not only tells people what Wushu practitioners should do, but also tells them how to do it. It is an important link to implement "benevolence" and "righteousness".
"Wisdom": Martial arts practitioners must have self-conscious moral consciousness while having martial arts morality and etiquette norms, which is "wisdom". The function of wisdom is to know "benevolence" and "righteousness" and ensure their practice. It is rooted in people's judgment of right and wrong, and its function lies in living life, understanding human relations, knowing right and wrong, and distinguishing good from evil. Only in this way can we not make firm behavior choices, and we can be a chivalrous man who is "poor and loyal, unmoved and unyielding".
"Faith": "Faith, sincerity", "sincerity, faith". "Faith" and "sincerity" are mutual training, which naturally means that honesty and reliability mean keeping promises, and the same is true for both. Keeping promises, keeping promises is the tradition of Wulin. "A promise of a thousand dollars, a promise of a thousand dollars" is a saying circulating in Wulin. The deeds of keeping one's promise, not breaking one's word, not afraid of difficulties and obstacles, and even willing to die alone have been heard throughout the dynasties. It can be seen that keeping promises and keeping promises is one of the important contents of martial arts.
"Courage": Courage in Wushu is not only a moral standard, but also a behavior practice. But Yong can be divided into Yong and Xiao Yong. What is advocated in martial arts is "courage", which refers to the decisive behavior after being familiar with benevolence, righteousness and morality and distinguishing right from wrong. For the country and the people, uphold justice, eliminate violence, promote kindness, help the weak and help the poor. , are "brave" moves, highly respected and imitated in Wulin. Being regarded as "timid", also known as "a man is a gentleman", is despised by people in Wulin.
Martial arts is fascinating, but it takes a lot of suffering to practice a good kung fu. It takes perseverance. You can't persist without perseverance. I hope that martial arts practitioners can stick to the end, because martial arts can't happen overnight, "the industry is diligent, and there is nothing to be learned." If you want to learn martial arts well, you must persist.
