1, Yantai organized counties and cities to conduct a thorough investigation on the total number of existing shanty towns. According to preliminary statistics, there are about 86,800 remaining shanty towns in the city. On the basis of finding out the base number, the transformation plan will be decomposed into the next four years one by one. Next year, 27,700 sheds will be rebuilt, accounting for about 32% of the remaining total, and it has been implemented in 89 specific projects in 14 counties and cities.

2. Zhifu District will be responsible for four shed reform projects next year, namely Zhuanshan District (Phase I), Shangyao District (Phase I), Zhishui District (Phase I) and Jiangjiaxilin District (Phase II). Most of them are located in the southern new city.

3. There are six * * * projects in Laishan, including Dongjiazhuang Area (Phase I), Chenjia Area, Goubei Area, Xiqiao Area, Santan 1 No.3 Area and Santan No.3 Area. There are five shed renovation projects in the development zone included in the renovation plan, namely Zhang Qi Village (F- 10 shantytown renovation project), Fuquan Village (Huaxijing shantytown renovation project), A-6 Fuxin Home shantytown renovation project, Juxincheng shantytown renovation project and Fuyu Village (Yijing Huacheng shantytown renovation project).

4. There are two projects in the High-tech Zone included in the annual plan: Sheng Xing Shi Ming Phase II (Nansha Zi shantytown renovation project) and Samsung Yuhai City Phase II (Liujiabu shantytown renovation project).

Six projects in Fushan District are included in the annual plan: Zengjiazhuang shantytown renovation project (Phase I), Yongfuyuan shantytown renovation project (Phase I), Yanchang shantytown renovation project (Phase I), Zhongjiazhuang shantytown renovation project (Phase I), Nanzhuang shantytown renovation project (Phase I) and Songjiatuan shantytown renovation project (Phase I).

It is a shantytown renovation project in Qujiabu District of Ninghai Street, Dongyoufang District of Ninghai Street, Dujiacun District of Ninghai Street, Hujialou District of Ninghai Street, Jinling District of Ninghai Street, Nongshangli District of Wenhua Street, Wanghezhuang District of Wenhua Street and Ziqiao District of Wenhua Street.
