If you exercise, you need to run for more than 30 minutes to lose weight. Pay attention to jogging, then jump the stairs, 10 steps up and down 3 sets of stairs, and if there is a slope around your house, run 5 sets. Up and down as a group, climb the slope at 50% speed for the first time, then add 10% each time, and go all out for the last time, jogging downhill. If you don't run, you need to increase the amount. When you go home at night, you can break the top cake with hot water and hire someone to soak your feet in the palace. If you have a hot water bottle, you'd better apply your legs or massage them. It is ok to do 30 sit-ups before going to bed. You can increase or decrease according to your own situation. I'm just giving you a suggestion. I tried it myself and it worked well. At least I'm good at sports.
Note: I don't want to do it all at once, but divide it into three or four sections, such as jogging for 30 minutes in the morning, jumping stairs and slopes around 10, sprinting in the afternoon and sit-ups at night.
