Hello, I am exercising my muscles with dumbbells now. My way now is to practice and take a day off. Practice chest on Monday, biceps brachii on Wednesday, triceps brachii on Friday and leg muscles on Sunday. As for abdominal muscles, because of their toughness, they can be practiced every other day. Only a good rest can help muscle growth.
