There is no shortcut to true success.
Many people are so eager to succeed that they are willing to choose any shortcut they can think of at present. But in fact, shortcuts often lead to failure rather than immediate success. The key to long-term success is to go through every step of success step by step, rather than trying to be opportunistic. Whether your goal is to have rich assets, good health or good interpersonal relationships, this is an indisputable truth.

It is often seen that many credulous people are attracted by the propaganda of "get rich quickly" or "get rich quickly" and spend a lot of money on their products, only to find that they are useless except cheating money.

Deceived by this propaganda, a friend of mine bought a "home slimming instrument", which can automatically stimulate the contraction of abdominal muscles after being electrified. He thought that with this tool, he could lose weight while watching TV effortlessly. However, this friend who doesn't want to lose weight through hard exercise in the gym is still overweight.

Shortcuts will lead to failure

As a professional ski instructor, I have seen too many beginners bite off more than they can chew to challenge the slopes that they obviously can't control. They can't even skillfully stop and change direction on the primary ski run. Somehow, such people are always eager to take the cable car to the top of the mountain to challenge those very steep and difficult ramps, but they always stand on the top of the mountain, scared to death.

I have to go up the mountain by myself to save those novices who are scared to death, and I have to carry them up the mountain one by one. Imagine how embarrassing this situation is for an adult, because children aged three or four are usually like this on primary ski resorts.

If those beginners try to slide down from the top of the mountain by themselves, most of them will fall into panic, unable to concentrate, unable to stop sliding faster and faster along the ramp, and usually end up with dogs biting mud.

We always tell them that they can only take the cable car to the heights to challenge the more difficult slopes after stopping and changing directions skillfully on the primary ski slopes. If you want to master it, you can only practice it often in your spare time. However, some people are always impatient and want to challenge the difficult ski slopes, and they have not fully adapted to the primary slides.

They always think that they can take shortcuts and skip the appropriate steps. When they reached the top of the mountain by cable car and looked down, they found that even a simple ramp was far beyond their ability compared with the primary snow trail. You can imagine how surprised they were!

Unfortunately, some of these beginners will never put on their skis again because of their terrible experiences. It's a pity, because at first they really wanted to go outdoors and enjoy the winter by experiencing skiing. If they come back to study again, it will usually be next winter. At that time, because I didn't remember the basic skills at all, I lost my enthusiasm for learning.

The idea of taking shortcuts led to their failure. These poor guys, they all have to learn the elementary ski slopes again from the beginning. Compared with those step-by-step students, they have to work twice as hard to overcome their fears.

Follow in the footsteps of successful people

In the process of pursuing success, it is a wise choice to accept guidance and take courses. This is not a shortcut, but a more effective way to learn the skills needed for success. However, the time you spend with coaches and mentors cannot replace the efforts necessary for success.

Whether it's sweating in the gym or accumulating wealth from scratch; Whether you start a new relationship with your heart or practice turning on a primary ski slope, you should try your best to finish what you should do. There is no shortcut to true success.

Many of our goals have been achieved by countless predecessors. We should learn from it and make equal efforts. Every step forward is a successful accumulation again and again. Slow and steady progress will lead you to success, while opportunism will push you to the abyss of failure.
