The balance of personal account of medical insurance in previous years shall be based on the actual balance at that time when the transfer formalities are handled. The personal account transfer limit of medical insurance has included the transfer amount of commercial insurance purchased in this settlement year.

Xiangcheng district insured persons go to xiangcheng district Social Security Center (address: 3rd floor, Social Security Hall, Qingyuan Road 168), and the specific processing time is 9: 00-1:30 on weekdays and 3: 00-16: 30 in the afternoon.

Every day after 16: 30, the social security institution and the bank make reconciliation and hand over, and stop accepting the transfer business.

Third, the transfer process:

Citizens who have not applied for version 20 13 Sunshine Fitness Card (sunshine fitness card applied after June/3) should first open the card at the business outlets of China Everbright Bank for free. Personal application: the applicant shall go through the application formalities at the social security agency with his original ID card, social security citizen card and 20 13 sunshine fitness card, and the original ID card of the agent shall be provided if entrusted. After the social security agency takes the card according to the regulations, it prints the application form and submits it to the applicant or agent for signature and confirmation. The handling personnel of China Everbright Bank will review the applicant's information and record the amount of Sunshine Fitness Card.

Collective agency of the unit (one-time need 10 or more persons): the agent is designated by the unit collectively, and the applicant's original ID card, my social security citizen card, 20 13 sunshine fitness card, letter of introduction from the unit (indicating the matters to be handled and the number of agents) and the original ID card of the agent go through the application formalities at the social security agency. After the social security agency takes the card according to the regulations, prints the application form and submits it to the handling personnel for signature and confirmation, the handling personnel of Everbright Bank will review the applicant's information and record the amount that should be recorded in the Sunshine Fitness Card.

The amount in the special fitness account of Sunshine Fitness Card will be activated five working days after the social security agency swipes the card.
