Reasonable running and exercise can exercise and be good for your health. But if you don't warm up, running for a short time will lead to sudden death. Any exercise is a safety hazard to the human body.

For us, life is very fragile, especially in the gym, the coach will usually let us warm up first. For example, let's walk for ten minutes before running to make our bodies warm and adapt to the next intense exercise state, and then we can maintain a regulatory role of our bodies. If we run suddenly, it is likely to bring serious harm to our bodies and even lead to sudden death. Therefore, physical exercise can make people healthy because we have a reasonable process of physical exercise. If there is no reasonable arrangement and scientific exercise, it is too much for the body.

We usually exercise our wrists and ankles before running, and all kinds of warm-ups are designed to keep our bodies in the coming state of exercise. Only in this way can our bodies better adapt to the next intense exercise. Running can keep people healthy, but the time of sudden death means that physical skills are not properly adjusted before running. Imagine that our body is very quiet when we sleep, and all the functions of our body have not gone through various activities, but it is unbearable to let our body accept high-intensity exercise at once in this state.

For example, to warm up before swimming, you must move all the joints of your body to swim in the water, and the same is true for running. If you don't warm up in the water when swimming, you are likely to have cramps and so on. Similarly, if you don't do enough exercise before running, or run under high pressure, you are likely to have sudden death and other emergencies.
