Forward flexion in sitting position
For men, the middle finger of both hands touches the toes and stretches statically for 5 seconds.
For women, the palms of both hands touch the toes and stretch statically for 5 seconds.
Third, the practice exam
The main examination contents of the practical exercise of junior fitness instructors are: resistance training+stretching training+cardiopulmonary training.
There are more than 50 actions in actual operation. Candidates draw lots and sign two specific muscles, one of which is used as the assessment content of resistance training.
