Tangshan is an important coal-producing area in China, which gave birth to the first mechanized coal mine in China, creating a brilliant history of modern industrial development in China. Tangshan is prosperous because of coal, and it was once trapped because of coal. 140 years of coal mining activities have formed a large area of coal mining subsidence area in the city, including 30 square kilometers in Nanhu area. Decades of collapse and collapse have led to overgrown weeds, sewage filling ditches, and fly ash covering the sky, especially the concentrated dumping of urban domestic waste and construction waste for many years, forming a giant garbage mountain, which has become the nearest "industrial scar" to Tangshan city and is called "Longxugou" by local people. Faced with the serious problem of coal mining subsidence, Tangshan City transformed the original 30 square kilometers of Nanhu coal mining subsidence area into the largest urban central ecological park in China through unremitting ecological construction, and successfully held the 20 16 Tangshan World Horticultural Exposition, which promoted the development of ecology, culture, tourism, sports and other industries and became a "masterpiece" in which ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits were integrated, and ecological construction and economic development complemented each other.

First, do a good job of top-level design articles with planning as the first priority. Entrusted the Seismological Bureau of China, Tangshan Branch of the General Institute of Coal Science and other units to collect more than 40,000 geological data of the subsidence area and conduct in-depth analysis and research on the geological structure of the coal mining subsidence area; Invited famous international and domestic design institutes, * * * compiled the construction plan of Nanhu Eco-city, realizing the full coverage of regulatory detailed planning. The second is to do a good job in scientific environmental protection and ecological restoration. Combined with river regulation, urban drainage and flood discharge function and landscape water body construction, all kinds of sewage in the region are comprehensively treated to realize water environment restoration and South Lake water system circulation. Give full play to the role of aquatic animals and plants in purifying water quality, scientifically plant plants such as reeds, lotus flowers and water lilies, and simultaneously promote water ecological management and ecological landscape construction. Using low-interference, low-cost and low-energy technology, the 50-meter-high historical garbage mountain was closed and reconstructed to realize "zero emission" in the pollutant treatment process. A large amount of fly ash left in this area will be processed into building materials, which will be used as the basic materials for foundation and terrain stacking. Waste plant materials, branches, etc. Combined with gabion technology, it is arranged on the lakeside for revetment and soil consolidation to improve the bearing capacity of foundation. Through scientific ecological restoration, 8 million cubic meters of garbage, 8 million cubic meters of fly ash and 4.5 million cubic meters of coal gangue will be cleared and comprehensively utilized, and public service facilities such as Phoenix terraces, citizen squares and earthquake ruins parks will be built to continuously promote the ecological restoration and comprehensive management of South Lake.

The third is to do a good job in promoting the realization of the value of ecological products. On April 20 16, Nanhu successfully held the World Horticultural Exposition with the landscape of 133, which fully demonstrated the achievements of Nanhu in adhering to the road of ecological priority, protection priority, conservation priority and green development, demonstrated the effect of ecological restoration in Nanhu area, and greatly enhanced the visibility of Nanhu. Promote the integration of "ecology and culture", build cultural facilities such as Tangshan Cultural Square and Grand Theatre, and build Tangshan Banquet, the first food culture museum in Hebei Province that integrates catering, performing arts and culture, so as to realize the integrated development of ecology, food and culture. Through the mode of "ecology+industry", Nanhu actively lays out the culture, tourism and sports industries, promotes the gathering of "food, housing, entertainment, physical fitness and ecological humanities", and promotes the integration of lake industry, lake city and ecological industrialization. At the same time, the development of eco-industry has effectively increased jobs and residents' income, promoted the interactive development of urban catering, accommodation, transportation, entertainment and other industries, and enabled local residents to enjoy good eco-products, while gaining tangible benefits, happiness and social value of eco-products.
