How to improve your ability to resist pressure?
A person may have completely different reactions to the same situation in different emotional States. For example, in the face of the upcoming college entrance examination, some children live quietly every day and do a good job of checking for leaks and filling vacancies, while others are worried and depressed, sometimes full of confidence and sometimes anxious, which is actually related to their ability to resist stress.

My suggestion is:

First, accept yourself.

No one can never be smooth sailing, and no one can get things right every time. Second, manage emotions.

Everyone has the basic emotions of anger, sadness and fear. There is no right or wrong in any emotion, it is a natural expression of one's inner feelings. Different emotions have different energies. Only by managing emotions normally can both positive and negative emotions be transformed into positive energy. Simply put, joy is the energy of creation, which can infect more people through sharing; Anger is the energy to protect the border, and learn to express it rationally in a way that does not hurt yourself or others; Sadness is the energy of healing, which can be channeled through comfort and crying; Fear is life-saving energy, which can be relieved by a safe and warm atmosphere. When every emotion can be properly expressed, it will be transformed into sufficient free energy, which will help us better face the pressure.

Third, keep fit.

We will find that many people with poor anti-frustration ability are relatively weak. Therefore, improving one's physical fitness through proper exercise is also a way to improve one's ability to resist pressure. Because when you are in good health, your mental state will be better, your mood will be more positive and sunny, and many problems that you thought were serious before will be faced and solved more confidently.

Fourth, seek resources.

Some people like to fight hard when they are in trouble, while others are afraid to ask for help for fear of being laughed at or rejected by others. But in fact, we are social group animals, and we can only make rational use of the resources around us to finish our work better and faster. The so-called try your best is to make good use of all the resources around you, such as teachers, classmates, parents, relatives, friends ..... When you need help, ask for it honestly, and try your best to help others when you have the ability. The world will form an ocean of love, and no matter how great the pressure and difficulties are, they can be solved.
