(2) Youth organizations

5. Athletes participating in youth group competitions must register with the municipal sports management centers or individual sports associations before February 3, 2007. (3) If the districts (cities), counties or subordinate units where the athletes are located are not clear, they shall be coordinated by the individual competition committees. It is still difficult to be clear, and it will be finally confirmed by the Qualification Committee of the 11th Games.

(4) The athletes participating in the competition must meet the requirements of each individual competition regulation. Every athlete in the adult group and the youth group must apply for a competition certificate when reporting for duty.

(5) All units must strictly examine the qualifications of athletes, fill in the entry forms of various events as required, and deal with them severely if they find fraud, impersonation and other acts.
