I'm not a professional, but let's talk about it according to my understanding and experience.
I think, effectively reducing fat or not building strong muscles may be the expectation of most lovely girls and some boys. Of course, I hope so. It is still on the road to realization.
First of all, these two effects need to be realized separately, but in fact they don't absolutely need to be realized together. For example, effective fat reduction needs to be controlled from the diet, resulting in a calorie gap, combined with appropriate exercise to achieve.
Then strong muscles should also be the result of a combination of diet and exercise. From my experience, it is more difficult for girls to grow muscles than boys. In fact, it is difficult for boys to grow some muscles and maintain them.
So as long as you pay attention to the intake of protein in your diet, then don't eat a lot of healthy meat, then do moderate anaerobic training, don't have high intensity, and always remember to stretch and massage some muscles after aerobic, then I think this muscle is not so long and strong.
Toughness is not a word that everyone can use. This means controlling muscles.
Then, in order to reduce fat effectively, it should be pointed out that we should control our diet and ensure adequate nutrition, otherwise it will be very unfavorable to our health in the long run. And I think even if I grow some muscles, it will be pure, and it will not be so strong without fat content.
I hope everyone can be what they like. I wish you all success in exercise!
