What can I drink when I exercise?
Regarding the choice of drinks during fitness, I personally prefer sugar-free drinks, but carbonated drinks such as Coke Sprite are not recommended even if they are sugar-free. Many friends do not like drinking white water. Here are some drinks that I often drink when I exercise. I hope it helps.

I. Beverage 1, Suntory Oolong Tea

This kind of drink should be my regular drink. In fact, it tastes similar to ordinary oolong tea. I chose the sugar-free version, so it will be a little bitter. It will be better to take it out after it is frozen in summer. Because tea generally helps to promote digestion and can also suppress appetite, I will drink this drink myself, which is highly recommended for both fitness and daily life.

2. External electrolyte water

My body will sweat a lot after every exercise. One advantage of electrolyte water is that it can help my body recover. This is what my partner told me. Haha. So I usually keep this drink at home, drink it after exercise, and take it to the gym. There are many flavors, which should be sugar substitutes, and it is acceptable when exercising. I like the taste of white peaches best.

Step 3 throb

Pulse is also a sports drink, but I personally think it will be sweeter than electrolyte water. I exercise on an empty stomach occasionally. My body is very soft after exercise. When my physical strength is exhausted, I will choose to drink pulse, because higher sweetness will better help me recover my blood sugar and physical strength, but this is also my personal opinion. I don't know if it is accurate.

4. Gatorade refreshing sports drinks

This drink is similar to Pulse, because it has the flavor of blueberry and grapefruit. Personally, I think it is quite special in the drink. Like pulse, I will choose it after fasting exercise to help me recover my body and blood sugar and quickly replenish water loss. You can choose your favorite taste.

5. Sugar-free mini coconut milk in spring

I love coconut milk! After doing homework for half a day, I wandered between calories and sugar, and finally found this sugar-free coconut milk. I personally can accept it. It's delicious, with black coffee occasionally. I recommend a lucky coconut latte.

Second, homemade drinks 1, pure milk/coconut black coffee

In fact, I usually drink a lot of homemade lattes, especially in the morning. Basically, I make myself a cup every morning, pure milk or coconut milk with black coffee. Morning can help reduce swelling, wake up and improve metabolism. Drinking a cup in the morning, exercise will also accelerate fat burning, and cooking is very simple. But friends with hypoglycemia are not recommended to drink on an empty stomach, which may make them feel sick and dizzy.

2. Homemade oat milk

Self-made oat milk is highly recommended because it is really healthy and can supplement the dietary fiber needed by the body. I saw the recommendation of other bloggers. During the fitness period, you can study or search for your own diet and ingredients. I usually add ready-to-eat oats and milk regularly according to my own needs, and then add some fruits as drinks. In particular, some fruits that are good for your health but don't like to eat may be less repulsive when you drink them into juice.
