The first type: preparatory type
Exercise method: Lie flat on the bed, eyes slightly closed, breathing evenly, the palm of your left hand is stacked on the back of your right hand, and the palm of your right hand is gently placed on your lower abdomen.
Exercise time: 1 ~ 3 minutes.
The second type: massage zhongwan point.
Exercise method: Press the thumb and abdomen of the right hand on Zhongwan point with proper force.
Exercise time: 0.5 ~ 1 min.
Function: Soothing liver and stomach, relieving pain and vomiting.
The third type: the ribs are pushed separately.
Exercise method: put your hands and four fingers together, respectively, next to the xiphoid process on the same side, and push the ribs for 0.5 ~ 1 minute along the season.
Exercise time: 0.5 ~ 1 min.
Functions: regulating stomach, regulating qi and relieving pain.
The fourth type: upper abdominal mass friction.
Exercise method: put the palm of your left hand on the back of your right hand, and stick the palm of your right hand on your upper abdomen, and knead it clockwise for 0.5 ~ 1 min. Fever in upper abdomen is preferred.
Exercise times: massage 0.5 ~ 1 min.
Function: Broaden chest, regulate qi, strengthen spleen and stomach.
Fifth: push the belly line straight.
Exercise method: put the palm of your left hand on the back of your right hand, and stick the palm of your right hand under the xiphoid process, and push it down from the xiphoid process to the navel with appropriate strength. Abdominal fever is preferred.
Exercise time: repeat the operation for 0.5 ~ 1 min.
Function: accumulate stagnation, relieve constipation and reduce qi.
Sixth: hold the abdominal muscles.
Exercise method: put your thumb and other four fingers together and pinch the muscles on both sides of the abdominal midline, from the upper abdomen to the lower abdomen.
Exercise time: repeat 1 ~ 3 minutes.
Functions: regulating stomach, tonifying kidney and absorbing qi.
Seventh: Periumbilical lump rubbing.
Exercise method: put the palm of your left hand on the back of your right hand, stick the palm of your right hand under the navel, and rub your abdomen clockwise for 1 ~ 3 minutes with appropriate force around the navel, especially for abdominal fever.
Exercise time: massage 1 ~ 3 minutes.
Function: strengthen spleen and yang, and regulate stomach and intestines.
Eighth: Press Guanyuan point.
Exercise method: make a fist with your right hand half-clenched, straighten your thumb, put the belly of your thumb on Guanyuan point, and press hard appropriately.
Exercise time: massage 0.5 ~ 1 min.
Function: benefiting qi, strengthening yang and regulating qi.
Type 9: Push navel separately.
Exercise method: put the middle finger of both hands next to the navel respectively and push it to the waist on both sides with appropriate strength. Abdominal fever is preferred.
Exercise time: repeat 1 ~ 3 minutes.
Function: eliminate stagnation, dredge fu-organs and dissipate heat.
Type 10: Push the outside of abdomen.
Exercise method: put your hands on the same side of the abdomen, and push the palm root down from the season rib to the thigh root.
Exercise time: repeat 1 ~ 3 minutes.
Function: strengthen spleen and stomach, promote accumulation and guide stagnation.
