It is advisable to exercise as much as possible by means of repeated exercises and circular exercises. (4) Obese type. Obesity refers to overweight people. Most of their sports are to lose weight, so they can choose long-distance running, long-distance swimming and bodybuilding. Generally, repeated cycle exercises are adopted. (5) emaciation type. The emaciation type refers to people with normal weight and sports index. They hope to make themselves stronger and fuller through exercise.
