Can a gym instructor work all his life?
I read a lot of comments about fitness instructors on the Internet these two days, and I wrote a post myself. Through communicating with you, I feel that I have made a lot of progress. Perhaps, only in this way can I communicate effectively with all people who love fitness more openly. At present, many friends may want to join the fitness team, and many friends may still be depressed and wandering: how long can a fitness coach last? How long is the golden age of fitness instructors? Through my observation and analysis, I have come to some conclusions, hoping that experts can give me some advice.

First of all, is fitness instructor a youth occupation? Is it true that after the age of 30, the career of fitness instructor will definitely decline? Many people have different views on this issue, each with its own reasons. Some friends think that the age of 24-30 is the golden age for fitness coaches, while others think that they can continue to be coaches at the age of 50 in the United States. Of course, China is not the United States. The national conditions of the two countries are different, and the development degree of the fitness industry is also different. But the author's point of view is that fitness coaching is a career that can be developed for life, provided that your love and transformation of fitness industry can be successful. In the fitness industry, youth and vitality are indispensable conditions, but experience is more important. In America, many bodybuilding champions don't teach in health clubs. Why? Some magazines think that in America, even if you are a champion, others may not buy your account. However, the author believes that in the United States, where professionalism prevails, the life of champions will be simplified, that is, the competition will be the purpose of their work, and the prize money of the competition and the remuneration of various touring performances will be the backing of their training. Therefore, these champions or athletes, known as top professional players, don't need to go to the gym to work. Even if they don't rely on competitions, their contracts with major nutrition brands and the endorsement fees of various brands' gyms will be enough for their expenses (Arnold's traditional competition prize in 2003: 400,000 US dollars, thus the pyramid of American fitness industry has been formed: professional players are naturally on this spire, and the income of other entrants will naturally not be as happy as professional players. In China, this is the problem: top bodybuilders don't get bonuses by competitions. They can't afford to be spokespersons and can only work in gyms. I never believed that a person ranked in the national competition would be deprived of food by a young man with a fitness instructor's certificate. Based on experience alone, I believe that what a national champion bought with practice and time is the most precious. Some friends say that there are many foreign coaches who make a living from this, but we have to admit that 1 years ago, an American movie star played a potbellied boss in the movie. A year later, he can suddenly appear in front of the audience as a tough guy. Apart from the personal efforts of the stars, I believe that the guidance of experts is also indispensable, which is perhaps the biggest difference between China fitness coaches and foreign fitness coaches. And what conditions does an excellent fitness instructor need? It can be summarized as: 1 rich in theoretical knowledge; 2 personal fitness experiences; 3 the attitude of being a teacher. The three are indispensable, and it is difficult to obtain theoretical knowledge and fitness experience without long-term intervention. The attitude of being a teacher is the ideology of a successful athlete transforming into a coach. Many excellent athletes can't be coaches after retirement because they usually don't pay attention to the results of observation and summary, and many excellent athletes have never thought about transforming into coaches. Therefore, it can be seen that long-term accumulation is the paving stone for truly excellent coaches. In the bodybuilding circle, many athletes can still win the championship at the age of 50, so I have reason to believe him: his training theory and experience can help a bodybuilder grow more effectively than other young coaches. Many of our friends often have a prejudice when watching women's bodybuilding competitions: look at the faces of female athletes first. This may be related to our cultural accumulation, but the author thinks that an excellent female bodybuilder is a master of art, and only looking at her face is an incomplete observation method. Ulanova, a Russian ballet master, is 80 years old and can still show the graceful posture of swans on the stage. Besides technical problems, her artistic accomplishment and temperament are indispensable conditions. If each of us watches the bodybuilding performance from the perspective of appreciation, we can have a deeper understanding of the sport, and our bodybuilding enthusiasts can be on an equal footing with those who appreciate ballet, because we are a social group that understands art. Believe me, female athletes can go far on the road of fitness coaching, not only because we need this profession, but also because we love it. There is no essential difference between enjoying bodybuilding and enjoying opera. Athletes can carry bodybuilding to the end because of their love! Of course, if he is a bodybuilder, I advise him to find an opportunity to change careers as soon as possible: to be a teacher from ancient times to the present, to be an idiot and lay down his life for Tao. Throughout the ages, countless idiots have created artistic brilliance: Van Gogh, Cezanne, Beethoven, Mi Fei, Zheng Banqiao and Xu Wei. . .
