Fourth, warm-up aerobic exercise scientifically and reasonably. A good warm-up exercise can warm up quickly, relax muscles and collaterals, speed up blood flow and help you enter the training state quickly. Generally, you can do joint activities, stretch jogging for ten minutes, or elliptical machine.

In order to achieve better fitness effect, it is suggested to plan your own fitness content in advance.
