The building is located in the campus of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and was built at 192 1. From 187 1 to 1903, it is called Wenhua Academy. 1903 was registered as Wenhua University in the United States, 1924 was merged into Huazhong University, and 1952 became Huazhong Normal University. Now it belongs to Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This is a well-preserved European-style villa, a single house, where a TV series was filmed. Looking at the patio from the door, stained glass and carved railings are all exotic.
