Anqing 2022 National Games will be held on August 8th. On the morning of August 8th, on the occasion of the first National Fitness Day after the promulgation of the new Sports Law, the launching ceremony of the 2022 Anqing Community Games was held in Sizhou Village, Zhoutou Township, susong county City, Anqing City, so the 2022 Anqing City Games began on August 8th. Anqing, referred to as Yi, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province, is one of the 27 cities in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta. It is located in the southwest of Anhui Province, on the north bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, where Wanhe River enters the river, bordering Hubei in the west, Jiangxi in the south, the main peak of Dabie Mountain in the northwest and the remaining veins of Huangshan Mountain in the southeast. The National Games is the city sports meeting of People's Republic of China (PRC), and it is a large-scale national city sports meeting held every four years, aiming at promoting the development of city sports and cultivating outstanding sports reserve talents.
