1. Confirm whether the screen is black under the following conditions.
(1) Black screen when calling. In order to increase the battery life of the mobile phone, if the distance sensor is blocked during the call, the mobile phone will automatically close the screen and reopen the screen after being far away.
(2) The mobile phone reaches the set sleep time. When the phone reaches the set sleep time, it will automatically close the screen and manually open the screen when re-entering.
2. Use the mobile phone while charging to confirm whether there is any abnormality.
This situation will lead to overheating of the mobile phone, resulting in abnormality. I suggest you try to avoid playing with your mobile phone while charging.
3. Check the storage space of the mobile phone
Please check the remaining storage space of your phone. If the storage space is less than 10%, the system performance will drop sharply. It is recommended that you try to ensure storage space, and it is recommended to reserve 20% space.
View mode: enter the phone settings, search for storage, and view the available space and remaining space. If the remaining space is relatively small, it is recommended to open the mobile phone housekeeper, choose cleaning acceleration, and clean up some unused files or applications.
4. Confirm whether to run incompatible applications.
(1) Running multiple applications in the background will take up too much memory or other resources, and the mobile phone may be overloaded. It is recommended that you try to avoid multiple applications running at the same time.
(2) Some third-party applications are incompatible with the system, which may cause the phone to crash and the system to get stuck, leading to a black screen or restart. It is recommended that you enter the application market to download the latest version of the application, and back up the data in advance (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately) to update the mobile phone system to the latest version.
If the system keeps reporting errors and can't boot normally, you can enter the safe mode, then enter the phone settings, search and enter the application management, and uninstall the previously installed software.

5. Check the system version
I suggest you check whether the mobile phone system version is the latest version, go to Settings, search for software updates, and then click Check for updates. If not, it is recommended that you upgrade your system to the latest version.
Warm reminder: unofficial systems will affect the stability of mobile phones, leading to abnormal mobile phones. If you have installed an unofficial system, it is recommended that you bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center to restore or upgrade the system.
6. Confirm whether the system files have been deleted by mistake.
When the system is running, the corresponding file can't be found, which leads to confusion and mobile phone failure. Try to restore the mobile phone system version through Huawei Mobile Assistant or eRecovery.
7. confirm whether microSD is installed.
Please check whether the problem still exists after plugging and unplugging the microSD card again. If the problem does not exist, it may be a poor contact. If the problem still exists, it may be that the microSD itself is damaged or incompatible with the mobile phone system. It is recommended to replace the high-quality microSD card.
If the problem still exists, please bring your purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and handling.
Warm reminder: If the data has not been backed up before, there may be the risk of data loss when restoring and upgrading the version of the mobile phone system and testing it.
