I don't think I've done yoga myself, so let's do it together.

I also study very hard. I didn't know much about yoga before, so I just listened to the coach and they did what the coach told me. A lot of dizziness is about the waist, but my old waist is tired. Later, when we were having a rest and chatting, a student asked me, alas, your figure is good enough. I didn't know you were pregnant. How many months have you been? I am embarrassed. It turns out that this is not yoga, but teaching prenatal education. At that time, I just wanted to find a place to get in, which was embarrassing.
