How to quit and reward yourself
Use exercise to dilute and reward yourself.

When there are too many rewards, it will affect your physical and mental state, but it will not affect your life too much. Don't have too negative thoughts.

If you actively exercise with the rewards you brought before, you will actively exercise for a rehabilitation. Try not to stay at home during the day and don't give yourself a chance to reward. Exercise before going to bed at night, play ball if you can swim, and run and climb stairs if you can run. Then I stopped taking a nap at noon and fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow at night.
