Exercise is good for the heart. After muscle development, the "pump" was originally a simple reciprocating piston pump. The so-called "pump" function of muscle is to compress venous blood vessels like a pump through rhythmic contraction of muscle, so that blood can continuously flow back from vein to heart. The more developed the muscles, the faster the blood circulation, thus improving the metabolic rate and preventing cardiovascular diseases.
Don't talk about dumbbells, ordinary strenuous exercise will do.
