Reference analysis
In order to meet the needs of the masses, we must do a good job in the preliminary investigation. Ensure the comprehensiveness of research information, collect relevant information for setting up fitness venues scientifically and reasonably, and provide meaningful reference for leadership decision-making. Specifically, I will start from the following aspects:
1. In view of the wide scope and large scale of the investigation in the early stage of the establishment of the fitness center, I will apply to the leaders for secondment of colleagues with relevant experience to form a working group. Through the meeting, share information with team members, explain the significance of the construction of public fitness venues, the importance of this survey, the specific work content of this survey, the matters needing attention in the survey, confirm the details of the survey, clarify the division of labor, and blame people. When forming a team, ensure that the team members are reasonable and comprehensive. According to the content of this survey, invite colleagues with statistical foundation, good communication skills and careful patience in the group. As the main participants in collecting information, they can guarantee the comprehensiveness and truthfulness of the information.
Second, to ensure that the scope and objects of the study are comprehensive is conducive to obtaining basic and targeted information about the construction of public fitness venues. The survey will be aimed at all citizens. According to the needs of the construction of public fitness places, the specific survey objects are subdivided into community workers, urban construction units, sports centers, fitness training institutions and the people of the whole city to ensure the comprehensiveness of information collection.
Third, the content of the investigation should be clear, mainly aiming at site selection suggestions, construction qualification requirements, construction process regulations, common fitness personnel, mass fitness demands, etc., to ensure that the information we collected this time can provide reference for site selection. Of course, because different people have different information, we will set different questions for different topics. For example, for the public, we will mainly investigate the fitness will, what fitness equipment is needed, and what is the acceptable radius of the fitness venue.
Fourthly, the research method ensures the richness and diversity of information. On the one hand, by studying policies and guidelines, collecting data, we can understand the construction qualifications, processes, regulations and other contents. On the other hand, the masses will mainly collect mass information through online and offline questionnaires, interviews and random visits to ensure efficiency and comprehensiveness.
Fifth, comprehensively and systematically sort out the information and summarize it in writing. After data collection, on the one hand, team members will scientifically process the collected information in the form of text, voice and video. And through SPSS software to analyze it, get a graphic investigation and analysis. On the other hand, team members, urban construction departments, sports centers and other relevant departments held a meeting to discuss, wrote a written report according to the research content, and put forward relevant suggestions for establishing fitness venues. Organize the written report to the leader, and provide some reference for the decision-making of the leader.
