My health and fitness methods are simple, effective and sustainable. I believe in any plan; You must be able to achieve all these points and make progress on the key goals you want. Another factor is that we all want to achieve our goals today, but in fact, time, commitment and diligence are all what we want. Changing your health or body composition cannot happen overnight. I'll give you some advice on sports, health and fitness to help you stick to it.

My five health and fitness suggestions. You must change your eating habits and stick to it in order to achieve results. If you have very bad health problems, you need to lose some body fat, or you want to look more like an athlete, healthy and slim; Then you need to change your diet first. Focus on the most important macronutrient, namely protein, so that you can be straightforward. Choose the best quality food, such as organic chicken, fish, eggs and turkey. Limit red meat once or twice a week.

Eat more cruciferous vegetables, which are rich in fiber and low in carbohydrates, and help to remove waste from the body. Please include them in every meal of your day. Do this for 30 days every day, and then pay attention to the differences in your mood, body shape, abdomen and health. Stick to it, not just for 30 days, but as a lifestyle plan. A healthy life means eating well all the time and once a week.

Exercise-weightlifting. I always talk about the importance of weight training, no matter how old you are. There are many advantages to lifting weights regularly and fully.

Make your exercise plan and stick to it. One thing I often see is that people make up their minds to change their body shape and health, persist for about 2-3 weeks, and then start to slow down.
