There is no way to get up early, so I can only put my exercise in the evening. I usually get home at six o'clock, have a little dinner and then have a rest. I'll get dressed and go to the gym around 8: 30. Press iron, do strength training for 30-45 minutes, then run on an elliptical machine for 40min minutes, take a shower and go home after stretching, 10: 30 or so. Reading, sleeping.

8: 20: Arrive at the company, spend 10 minutes, fix some hot water, soak 50g cereal, eat eggs cooked in the morning, take out a bag of milk and make a spoonful of protein powder for breakfast.

8:30 to 12:00: working hours, forget it.

/kloc-get off work at 0/2: 00 and ride home for 20 minutes. Because I go to work in the afternoon 14, there are only 2 hours at noon. In order to sleep a little longer, the content of lunch is very simple, 100g chicken breast (instant chicken breast bought by Taobao), 1 fruit, 200g steamed potatoes. It's almost done after dinner.

13:30: Get up and go to work by bike for 20 minutes.

18:00 to 20:00: Go to the gym by bike, then exercise 1.5 hours, take a simple bath, and usually leave the gym at 8 pm.

20: 10: It's almost home now, and the distance from the gym to home is very close. When I get home, I will start preparing for cooking. This meal in the evening is the biggest meal of my day. It's really unreasonable not to give yourself something good to eat after a tiring day!

My dinner is usually stir-fried (mostly fancy scrambled eggs because I like to eat), 100g chicken breast, 100g dry rice to cook.
