Actually, except for a national warranty invoice, everything else is the same. I mean, the hardware with the locked version is the same as that of the Bank of China, but some functions of the locked network card may not work. If you are worried about after-sales, buy Bank of China. If you don't miss this, buy the American version without lock, which will be much cheaper.
