How should women arrange exercise time when shaping in the gym?
I am a fitness instructor, and my fitness plan for students is to choose a treadmill to warm up quickly. After warming up, do strength training for 20-30 minutes, and then start aerobic exercise. Train three times a week, and you need to arrange 2-3 muscle groups for each training. Each muscle group exercises about 2-3 times a week to promote muscle growth and achieve the effect of shaping. Under my guidance, the students are in good condition.
