New regulations for licensing electric motorcycles in Bengbu
The license plate of Bengbu electric motorcycle shall be registered by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ of this Municipality, and a non-motor vehicle license plate and driving license shall be obtained.

Electric two-wheeled vehicles shall meet the following requirements:

1, with pedaling ability;

2. The vehicle mass (including battery) is less than or equal to 55kg;;

3. The maximum design speed shall not exceed 25km/h;

4. The nominal voltage of the battery is less than or equal to 48V;;

5. The rated continuous output power of the motor is less than or equal to 400W.

The following materials need to be prepared for registration and licensing of electric bicycles:

1, the original and photocopy of the owner's resident ID card;

2. Original and photocopy of the car purchase invoice;

3. Original vehicle certificate;

4. If the owner's household registration is not in the urban area of Bengbu, a residence permit is required;

5. If the vehicle owner is a unit, submit the organization code certificate of the unit, the resident ID card of the agent and the power of attorney;

6, for others, submit the agent's identity card and power of attorney;
