Exercise:
1. Wash green peppers, remove seeds and cut into small pieces;
2. Slice lean meat;
3. Pour oil in a cold pan, add 1 teaspoon of sugar after heating;
4. After the sugar melts and becomes discolored, pour in the meat slices and stir fry, and stir well with a little soy sauce;
5. Stir-fry the green pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and add a little water;
6. When the green pepper becomes darker, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the fire;
7, out of the pot, plate.
