So I need to eat meat before June, and there are still two months left, so I must start exercising immediately and match the fat-reducing diet.

And my own self-control and feedback exercise, the effect is not good, so I came to the yoga studio in the community.

There are three purposes:

00 1 The destination is downstairs. As long as I go downstairs, it lightens the burden of the journey, because I don't want to waste time on the road.

002 using yoga to keep fit, I have never experienced it myself. I didn't know much about yoga at first, but after practicing it, I found that my choice was really great, because it was not just a simple exercise, but also a physical and mental exercise.

This yoga studio has been open in our community for a long time, so I think it must have its advantages, because for me, it is not just exercise, but also feedback and methods.

Generally, gyms are recommended to apply for annual cards, but I know that it is definitely impossible for ordinary people to apply for annual cards once they want to come. So even though the monthly card price is much higher, I chose the monthly card in the first month, but the good thing is that if I have a good experience, I can only make up the difference if I want to apply for an annual card.

On the first day, I came here with an exploratory heart, but with the increase of time, on the third day, I was more determined to continue to exercise here.

There are three reasons:

002 Mr. Feng's yoga class, the mind is relaxed during class, the body is relaxed after class, but the whole body is sore after coming back, which really stretches the muscles deeply.

On the fifth day, Mr. Feng told me that they would run a 7-day fat-reducing small class. Hearing this, they are still very excited, but what is uncertain is the effect. Later, I learned that it was the word "newspaper" taught by teacher Orange himself. (I will eat the soil this month after signing up, haha ~)

On the first day, I had a solid basic skills and whole-body training. I obviously felt that my strength was not enough, but I told myself in my heart, "I can do it."

The next day, I was sore all over, but I began to practice, and everything was not a problem.

On the third day, I carried out weight-bearing exercises and strengthened my strength little by little.

On the fourth day, we trained with our partners, and we gradually developed revolutionary friendship.

On the fifth day, I entered the high temperature class, and I broke through the first 100.

On the sixth day, we can also do strenuous exercise at high temperature.

On the seventh day, the previous basic training was no longer a problem for us.

Every day feels different, but every day everyone is making progress, which is obvious to all. This kind of experience, you can really feel it once.

Everyone will find it difficult to train at first, because no one wants to get out of the comfort zone. However, with companions and coaches, our emotions will be infected and we will continue to break through. When we wander outside the comfort zone, our body is also smart, because it will re-establish a new comfort zone, which is the limit of our last comfort zone. Therefore, on the excellent road, you need a companion and a coach.

On the seventh day, our cardiopulmonary function became stronger and stronger, and we adapted to this feeling in constant challenges.

You can do it if you want to. There is a saying in The Secret that seems to happen to me all the time, that is, when you think enough about what you want to do, everything around you will help.

Therefore, if you want to be in good shape, you must stretch your legs and shut up. If you want to learn something, stick to it.
