Are there any people around you who insist on fitness and reading books every day?
There are really athletes who love fitness, and there are also super schoolmasters who love reading.

One of my roommates in high school especially likes sports and fitness. What I admire him is not that he is physically stronger than others, but that he can keep fit every day and is also excellent in some sports, whether playing basketball, football or running, but few people in the whole school can match him. He is good at not only playing ball and running, but also gymnastics. He is often seen playing various tricks on the horizontal bar, such as "flying with the wind". Ordinary people cannot imitate his movements. As long as it's not windy and rainy, that roommate will run on the playground, and a run is 5 thousand meters. Occasionally go out for a run with him, and after running for about 3 kilometers, I can't run any more. When he finishes running, we'll find a wall and stand on our heads for a few minutes. No matter whether it is windy or rainy, that buddy will insist on doing push-ups in the dormitory and insist on three groups of fifty push-ups every day. Under his guidance, we occasionally do push-ups every day. That roommate is very talented in sports and loves sports and fitness. He was attracted by the physical education teacher in the school when he was in the second year of high school, and he entered the sports career from then on. That year, I did well in the physical education exam, but my theoretical results were not good, so I repeated for one year, and the next year I was admitted to Shenti with the first place in the county.

Let's talk about the schoolmasters around me. This is what I admire most. Being playful is a bad habit of most boys, including me, but the schoolmaster around me is different. No matter the temptation of basketball or games, he is indifferent. I remember that there were so many classes every day in high school, so the most anticipated thing in class was to finish class early. The senior student around me is different. I have to study in class for a while after school, and I can't ask him to go out to play even on weekends. After studying hard for a week, I finally had a weekend when I couldn't take good activities and play basketball crazily. The seniors who used to be around me are the three good students I have ever seen who can study in all their spare time. There was no library in the school at that time, so I couldn't find him every weekend. He will go to the downtown library to read early and won't come back until the library closes. Many things happen. He was admitted to Fudan University with the first place in our college entrance examination.

In short, it is not easy to do one thing every day. Of course, it is not for playing games, but a very meaningful thing, so until today, I admire two capable people around me, one is a sports master who loves fitness, and the other is a schoolmaster who loves reading. Now they are still sticking to the good habit of benefiting him for life and developing very well.
