Guiyang Jinyang belongs to the management of Jinyang New District. After the cancellation of the office, three new community service centers will be built: Jinyuan Community Service Center, Jinling Community Service Center and Jinmai Community Service Center. The center will set up a service hall, a 24-hour convenience hotline, a convenience and benefit service hall, a community health service station, a police office, a fitness center, an intelligent management center, a cultural activity center and a villagers' discussion hall.
