Self-fitness backache
"I went to the gym to practice my waist several times yesterday", well, that's the problem.

I like fitness, too. My personal experience tells you:

I like to do hard waist stretching, but once, I practiced my waist a few times more. I pulled hard. Generally, the maximum weight was 4 times for each group, and I made 3 groups. Maybe I was in better shape that time. I was not very tired after finishing three groups, so I did two more. I didn't feel pain after I finished, just my waist was tired.

Then, the next day, the pain stopped. On the third day, I practiced squat.

I can't practice. As long as I practice my usual warm-up weight, my back hurts, so I really paid the price. I couldn't practice squats and yanks for three months. Of course, I can practice other things. After 3 months, my waist has recovered, so I will be very careful when practicing my waist in the future. Alas, I was really hurt before I knew it.

But I think the landlord should not be as serious as my situation that time. Because, the next day, you feel backache.

Since my waist was healed, I once practiced squat on the first day, but I did it wrong. The next day, I went to practice hard pulling, because squatting also stimulated my waist, so I finished hard pulling. On the third day, I felt the same as the landlord, but it hurt so much that I couldn't bend over.

Well, I think it's over. It's different from last time, so it's over.

But fortunately, I rested for two days. It's okay, it's okay. I think the landlord

It should be similar to my situation. Please take a few days off to have a look. If it's okay.

Then it's all right.

If you are not well after a few days' rest, you should see a doctor.
