3. What shoes should I wear for strength training in the gym?
Choose a pair of running shoes for running. Running shoes are characterized by thick and soft soles and light and breathable uppers. They are designed for running and obviously not suitable for strength-oriented wear. Bench press, sit press, etc. There is no need to bear great weight and strength training, and the requirements for shoes are not high. I usually wear running shoes to do these exercises, because running is a warm-up exercise before each fitness, so I don't have to change my shoes after running, so I go directly to the strength area. I wear NB 1063, which has good shock absorption. But it's not good to wear running shoes by pulling and squatting. Soft soles affect the stability of feet.
Hard, thin and strong shoes are more suitable for hard pulling. Many experts don't wear shoes when they pull hard, but the floor of the gym is really dirty, so it's uncomfortable to stand on the ground wearing only a pair of socks. I didn't find a pair of shoes suitable for hard pulling in Decathlon. Finally, I accidentally found that there are old-fashioned warrior blue sneakers at home, which are very strong and thin, but they are quite good, although the soles are not very hard. So whenever you practice hard pulling, put it on.
