I am most afraid of self-righteousness and misunderstanding in the workplace, which affects work efficiency. Share a few stories about your own workplace:
1. There are many sensitive topics in the workplace, including salary. Before, I didn't realize that "issues involving treatment must be cautious, communicate more, and change positions more", but I just thought it was reasonable until there was an internal policy adjustment. At that time, we made adjustments through WeChat communication and relay without confirmation, and the information of both parties was biased, which led to even worse consequences.
2. Attendance is a routine job, which every HR will encounter regularly. Although the entry level is not high, it is very rigorous. After all, it is an important basis for paying wages. If it is implemented within the system and asked for instructions outside the system, it can be handled well. This is just an ideal state of oneself. Until a verification process, the problem of unauthorized modification of attendance was exposed, which broke my ideal cognition.
Summary: Every story lights up a red light in one's workplace. One's greatest fear of "self-belief" is inner negligence, thinking that the other party already knows that subordinates also have basic common sense, so that "self-belief" is constantly lax in management, which may become an uncertain factor that may erupt at any time. And the solution is to ask for your own requirements, break your own inherent cognition, and build * * * knowledge based on facts, so that everything will be answered.
3. When implementing internal processes, each department will seek flexible solutions, so that things can be completed more quickly. The latter is chosen in balancing efficiency and risk control. In order to prevent such incidents from being misunderstood as "official" labels in subsequent internal and external separate communication.
Summary: In the workplace, it is inevitable to be misunderstood and wronged. I am a sensitive person and don't want to be misunderstood. I don't know what you are thinking when many things happen, but pay attention to what you have done. Let yourself understand some truth and help solve such incidents. 1. If you have something to say at the first time, communicate in time and try to do it in public; 2. Think before you do it. Everyone cares about what you have done. No one will know the monologue inside. 3. Understand each other's behavior with the utmost goodwill.
There are always some new problems in the workplace. If you deal with it in a positive way, you will feel that the result will not be bad.
