Can you really lose the meat on your thighs and calves?
I have lost weight 15kg. The way to lose your thigh is to bend down with your hands on the bed, with one leg straight and the other leg kicking back hard. Stick to 50 for the first time and 60 for the second time every day? Just stand where you are, weigh your feet, weigh your heels and stick to it. I lost a lot of thighs in a month, really.
