How can I learn to ski?
At the beginning of skiing

Balance is the most important technology in skiing, which runs through the whole process of skiing. Only by maintaining balance can we effectively control snowboarding and taxiing. The basic posture of skiing is the balance posture.

Correct preparation posture is a good start to learn skiing. The initial stage must be carried out on flat snow. Experience the preparation posture. The skis stand apart and are shoulder-width balanced. The center of gravity falls in the middle of the arch. Snowboard is loaded, ankles are slightly bent, knees and hips are slightly bent, and the back should be straight and relaxed. The arm is bent, and the hand can reach the front tip of the ski shoe, which is the same height as the waist.

Relax after swinging, hold for a while, then stand up straight and repeat several times. Take a few steps forward or sideways, lean forward, press your calf against your ski shoes, then lean back, feel your weight press against the back of the snowboard, then stand up straight and repeat several times. At this time, you can also do some actions such as circling your knees left and right, squatting down, and shifting your center of gravity to your front toes to adapt to the feeling of wearing ski shoes and snowboards.

Put on ski shoes and skis, and get used to standing firm, walking and squatting. We should find a snowy road with a small slope and start to learn to skate. At this time, pay attention to the body center of gravity moving forward, and keep the two boards parallel until they stop. At this time, we see two parallel straight lines and practice several times.

Plough skiing is a simple and easy-to-learn skiing method. Its action is to open your feet, stand on the snowy road, with your knees slightly bent, and your body center of gravity is between two skis. Don't try to lay your skis flat on the snow. At this time, the snowboard should naturally form a certain angle with the snow surface, and the edge of the snowboard is cut on the snow surface. If you are in the snow with a small slope at this time, you can stand still with your plow.

Let's choose a junior ski resort with a small slope, remember the essentials of plow skiing and start skiing. Be sure to keep the shape of your feet, and keep the skis at a certain angle with the snow. Keep this action from start to stop. After sliding down the snowy road once, you will find that the speed will decrease when you gently slide down the snowy road, which shows that plowing can reduce the speed and achieve the purpose of controlling the speed. Let's look at the slip marks later. They are not two straight lines, but two cross scratches on the snowboard. After repeated practice several times. Learn to turn again. On the basis of the movements we have just learned, we shift our center of gravity from the middle of our feet to our left or right feet. First, we will do in-situ exercises. When the center of gravity shifts to our left foot (or right foot), we should move steadily for a few seconds. When the body's center of gravity moves left and right, the snowboard will always keep an 8-shape, forming an angle with the snow surface.

When you come to the ski run again, when you slide down, shift your weight to your left foot and stay for a while. You will find that you turn left, then the center of gravity moves to your right foot, and then you will turn right. Which foot the center of gravity moves to, the body will slide along the snowboard of this foot. The turning action is not completed when the center of gravity moves, but after moving, it is necessary to keep the center of gravity on the snowboard for a period of time to complete an upward turning action, that is to say, the turning is a continuous and powerful action. This slide needs to be practiced many times.

In the process of overweight practice, it is easy to make mistakes, that is, where the speed increases during the ski turn, because facing the downhill, the speed increases, and you are nervous and lose your balance and fall. At this time, it is important to remember the main points of action, keep the action and complete the turn.

After repeated practice for many times, you can make two skis slide in parallel where the speed is slow, and turn into plowing when turning. Beginners will feel very tired when they start skiing, which is mainly caused by poor balance and physical tension. After you learn to plow and slide skillfully, you will feel as smooth, relaxed and comfortable as walking.

There are signs on the snow trail, and different colors and shapes represent different grades. The green circle is a path for beginners, and the slope is probably no more than 40 degrees. The blue square is the intermediate snow trail, probably not more than 65 degrees, and then the advanced black diamond snow trail. Each color should have three colors: easy, medium and difficult, and the difference is quite big. For example, 5 degrees and 40 degrees can be greenways. Generally speaking, the better the ski resort, the more difficult it is. Some green trails in world-class ski resorts are steeper than the blue trails in ordinary ski resorts. There are also double black diamonds in the black diamond, which is the top difficulty snow trail.

Many ski resorts have training courses graded by skills. Those who have never skied can learn from 1 level. In general ski resorts, 1 and 2 can go to the greenway, 3 and 4 can go to the blue road, and 5 can go to the black diamond.

1. Straight downhill skiing: that is, straight skiing. The specific method is as follows: put your feet on the snowboard and stand in the direction where you are about to slide. Snowboards must be parallel up and down, left and right, and the distance between the two boards should be the same as the shoulder and knee. The upper body and knees lean forward slightly, and the arms naturally droop and bend forward slightly. The two hands holding the staff are naturally placed on the front side of the thigh, and the tip of the staff is placed at the back 30~40 cm from the ground. When sliding down, the two skis must have equal strength. When taxiing, look ahead and relax.

2. Side support method: the upper body stands naturally, the distance between the two boards is shoulder width, jumping equally on the vertical line in the downward direction, and the outer side of the upper foot and the inner side of the lower foot push the ground.

3. Ploughing support method: First, support two wooden sticks to the hillside (the distance exceeds the first half of the snowboard and is slightly wider than the shoulder). When the support rod produces reaction force, the original snowboard on the side gradually moves to the plowing state. The upper body leans forward, the knees lean inward, and the inner edges of the two boards strike the ground hard to loosen the pole.

Safety and self-protection

1. Before preparing to slide down, observe the direction of the slide, and it is best to slide down when there are no people or few people in front, so as to avoid collision with others due to poor self-control ability.

2. Once a beginner feels dangerous when sliding and wants to stop but can't stop, one of the simplest and easiest ways is to fall on both sides.

3. Once you fall down during skiing, you should quickly stand up and continue skiing, or take off your skis immediately and walk to the edge of the snowfield as soon as possible to prevent being hurt by the latecomers.

Matters needing attention in alpine skiing

1, carefully understand the height, width, length, slope and direction of the ski resort. Because alpine skiing is a high-speed sport, it seems that you can see it in a blink of an eye in a distant place. Skiers don't know the situation of the snow trail in advance, and once an accident occurs during skiing, there is no time to react, which is especially important for beginners.

2. Know the opening hours of the ski ropeway, and don't take it when there is no staff guarding it, because it is most likely that the staff will get off work at this time. After the staff arrive at the next stop, the ropeway will stop running. If you are hung in the air for one night, the probability of frostbite accident is very high.

3. Choose the ski trail that suits you according to your own level. Never overestimate your level and act rashly. Why don't you invite a ski instructor step by step?

4. If you don't know the situation ahead, or feel that ski equipment is abnormal, you should stop and check, and don't take any risks.

5. Be sure to keep your distance when skating together. You must not slide quickly to catch up with your companions. It is easy to fall or collide with others, and it is easy for novices to have such accidents.

6. Stop at the edge of the ski run during the break, don't stop on the steep slope, and always pay attention to the skiers who slide down from it.

7. If you fall out of control during taxiing, you should quickly lower your center of gravity, sit still and don't struggle at will. You can lift your limbs, bend down and let them slide down. Avoid bowing your head and absolutely avoid rolling.

8. Skiers with poor eyesight should not ski with contact lenses. If the contact lens is dropped, the possibility of getting it back is almost nonexistent. Try to wear glasses with framed resin lenses, which are not fragile after being hit.
