1. Mobile phone equipment problem.

It is recommended to clear the paired devices first, then scan the devices and find the devices to be connected before connecting. There will be verification during this period, just follow the prompts.

There is a problem with the Bluetooth device to be connected to the mobile phone. For Bluetooth devices such as Bluetooth headsets, it is recommended to check whether the battery is sufficient and try again after restarting. If it is still unsuccessful, you can restore the factory settings. Different equipment has different ways to return to the factory. Please refer to the instruction manual or consult customer service.

2. There is interference from Bluetooth devices around. Suggest trying somewhere else.
