Where do you usually work out?
That must be in the gym!

I used to think that you could exercise anywhere. If you want to run, you can go to the park outside. If you want to do push-ups, just lie at home. If you want to do sit-ups in bed, you can make a dumbbell from two boxes of milk ... it seems economical and convenient, and you can do it anywhere, but the actual effect is not good. On the one hand, many fitness exercises are wrong, even counterproductive, because the equipment is not good. On the other hand, you are quite unconscious because of home, and you feel tired immediately.

Later, a friend who is keen on fitness told me that we might as well try the gym. Although it seems a bit expensive to run a fitness card for six or seven hundred dollars, it is actually only a few dollars a day. Since it is good for our health, I think it is worthwhile to spend the money. I don't know if it's because I spent money. Although I can't go every day, I remember that I still have a fitness card and spend money whenever I have time. I can't waste it. It's more valuable to practice for a while. Coupled with the atmosphere that everyone in the gym is working out, I seldom get lazy when I go.

It is worth mentioning that it is much better to master the correct posture and method of exercise through the equipment in the gym than at home. Take sit-ups, for example. You can only lie flat on the bed with no place to hook your instep. However, there is special equipment in the gym, which can adjust the angle of lying down and make the abdominal muscle exercise more effective. There are often personal trainers in the gym who will give you a special exercise method according to your personal physical condition, and at the same time, they will teach you some common sense of sports so as not to hurt yourself in the process of fitness.

But in general, fitness should emphasize perseverance.
