My earliest handstand practice was to lean against the wall casually without paying attention to anything. Up for a while and down for a while. My hands are very sour. I practiced for about two weeks. Later, I went to see a dragon dance. Dawn told me it was wrong to practice like this. I should practice regularly every day. What is a routine exercise? Watch your watch. At first, your strength was very small. You can rewind it for 40 seconds and then gradually increase the time. I can rewind for two minutes at a time now. This exercise can not only exercise the strength of arms, but also exercise the head. In other words, the handstand will be lifted after 10 seconds, and the longer you practice, the more you get used to it. It's normal to hold your head up. I was a hard supporter at first, but I got used to it later. If you are not used to it, you can stand on your head while listening to music. You can also close your eyes. Come down then. If you feel uncomfortable at first, don't force it. If your eyes and ears can't stand it, come down.
I practiced like this for another two weeks. About 1' 20 seconds. Pour 1'20 seconds every day. Then practice feeling up and down. A master told me that I must straighten my legs. Remember, remember! ! Don't bend your legs. Although it is easier to bend your legs, you can't practice. Only experts are qualified to bend their legs.
So I practiced with my legs straight. Gradually, I discovered a secret. When I want to fall in the direction of the wall (this direction is called back), I just need to use my fingers to carry it. Oh ~ ~ ~ I see, so I practiced for a long time according to the feeling of my arms and fingers. But the strength of the hand is very small after all, and the effect is not good.
After fooling around for a while, I can leave the wall for 2 seconds.
Then one day, I finally met X, a gymnast. My handstand has just begun to normalize. The following is the focus of this article.
First of all, there are three parts to control the balance of handstand. Neck, waist and arms. The earliest and easiest thing to master is the arm, and the most important thing is the waist. Hand control points: fingers, palms and heels. When the body leans forward and backward, it is controlled by fingers, palms and heels respectively, and sometimes the arm can be slightly bent. In addition, don't open your hands outward. Support your hands shoulder width, and don't spread them too wide. Don't swing from side to side before pointing.
Waist is the most important thing, first against the wall. At this time, people are curved and their abdomen is prominent. Then the butt sticks out of the wall, and the legs are taken away from the wall. If you want to fall, just straighten your abdomen and return to the initial arc state. Keep going like this. Leave the wall, go back, leave, go back. Practice the feeling of balance.
The neck is also important, and there is an important nerve reflex here. For example, when wrestling, no one looks up. No one bowed their heads after running for a long time. Nod when you are about to fall, and try to look up when you fall backwards.
Then it is very important that the legs should be close together, straight and tight, so that the legs can become sticks. It will be much simpler than the straight board, and only in this way can we control the balance. This point is often the most easily overlooked in the initial exercise.
When you have the feeling of three parts, practice the coordination of these three parts. That is, when a person leans to one side, three parts exert their strength at the same time, and gradually they are trained. Pay special attention to not being too far away from the wall at first, which will be even less effective (even if there is a cushion below).
Finally, stay away from the wall. What should I do if I fall backwards? You can shrink your neck and roll. Or let go of a hand, and the person turns around and touches the ground from the side.
I have finished writing my experience. I just hope that many friends who practice handstand don't take many detours like me. I hope you can practice quickly! ! ~
