Do a good job in training non-war military operations.

(6) Do a good job in logistics support. In accordance with the general requirements of the "three major construction tasks" of modern logistics, we should strengthen the standardized construction and management of grassroots logistics, strengthen logistics training, improve the level of refined support, and create good material living conditions for officers and men.
