In addition, the regional location of Yihe Village is very special. Located in the High-tech Park, it is adjacent to Shi Jing East Road, Yegong North Road, Fenghuang Road and other traffic arteries, and adjacent to residential areas such as Petrochemical Park, Agile Garden and Jinan Refinery. The construction of Yihe village should conform to the overall planning and positioning of Jinan city, and the overall style is consistent. In other words, its location determines that it must change the status quo, transform the old village and be consistent with the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is imperative to transform the old villages of Yihe Village. The old village of Yihe Village was rebuilt to Jin 'an Refinery in the east, the east wall of Shandong Police College in the west, century avenue in the south and Yegong South Road in the north. According to the development of the new urban area in the east of Jinan, the old transformation of the village in the city is not just a minor repair, but a "major operation" to completely change the blood of the village and replace the existing old appearance with a brand-new look. At the same time, combined with the construction of flood drainage ditch, the banks of flood drainage ditch are hardened, afforested and beautified, stone tables and benches are placed, and small parks along the river are opened up to provide residents with high-grade living environment. Central heating and gas supply facilities are fully functional, and water, gas, roads and electricity are more convenient. First-class facilities, such as schools, kindergartens, medical centers, property management centers, leisure squares, cultural activity centers, farmers' markets, tea kiosks and newsstands, have been built, which have solved the problems of people's difficulty in going to school, seeing doctors and exercising, solved the employment problem of landless villagers, and truly provided for the elderly and the young. The overall quality of the villagers has been greatly improved. The villagers have been extensively trained in economic and social knowledge, practical technology and special skills, so as to cultivate new farmers with culture, technology and management skills, enhance the self-development ability of rural areas, enhance the internal motivation of building a new socialist countryside, and make Yihe village embark on a rich, democratic, civilized and harmonious development path. Focus on ensuring the continuous improvement of villagers' living standards, maintaining social stability, closely combining with promoting regional economic development, fully considering industrial optimization layout and structural adjustment, intensively using land, gathering production factors, and creating development advantages.
