1. Life nursing service. Refers to providing general care and special care services such as day care, shopping, catering, food delivery and housekeeping services for the elderly.
2. Rehabilitation and health care services. It refers to providing services for the elderly, such as disease prevention, rehabilitation nursing, mental health, health education, establishing health records, and setting up family beds.
3. Legal rights protection services. Refers to the services that provide legal advice, legal aid and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests such as maintenance, property and marriage for the elderly.
4. Cultural and educational services. Refers to providing knowledge lectures, calligraphy, painting and book reading services for the elderly.
5. Sports and fitness services. Provide activities places, sports and fitness facilities and other services for the elderly.
6. Spiritual comfort service. Refers to volunteer services such as neighborhood pairing and mutual care. Each district (county) can adopt the menu service mode by itself, and convert the subsidy funds for home care services into various service hours for the elderly to choose independently. The service object chooses the service organization independently among the service organizations confirmed by the civil affairs department. In case of dispute, the parties can choose their own solutions, such as settlement through coordination, application for arbitration to the arbitration institution in the jurisdiction, and bringing a lawsuit to the people's court.
