Can lactating mothers do exercise?
Breast-feeding mothers can do exercise during lactation. Proper exercise can help lactating mothers recover their prenatal physical condition and lose weight! Exercise can also bring good mood to lactating mothers and prevent postpartum depression.

There are three things to pay attention to when doing exercise during lactation:

1, half an hour after exercise.

Scientific research shows that the lactic acid concentration in breast milk reaches its peak within ten minutes after exercise, and then it will return to the pre-exercise level after about half an hour. So many mothers will find that some babies just don't like to eat after exercise. Many mothers are also afraid that their milk will become "yogurt". In fact, the concentration of lactic acid will change. After half an hour of exercise, they will feed, so don't worry too much!

2. Avoid strenuous exercise?

Studies have shown that high-intensity strenuous exercise can make lactic acid accumulate rapidly. Therefore, lactating mothers suggest doing some suitable exercises, such as yoga, swimming and jogging.

3. Avoid breastfeeding for a long time

When nursing mothers exercise, they often need 1-2 hours of exercise time. When they exercise for a long time, the milk will flow faster. If the breast-feeding mother has more milk, it is easy to cause more milk, and it is also easy to cause mother's discomfort during exercise.

It is suggested that lactating mothers can empty their milk before exercise, and they can feed or milk in advance for preservation.

Doing more exercise during lactation is a great thing for lactating mothers. I hope every lactating mother can find her body and have a great body. Lactating mothers should act quickly. It is also good to exercise for ten minutes every day!
