What do you need to prepare for going to the gym?
Fitness running has been intermittent for three or four years. When I go to the gym, I usually carry my previous marathon equipment bag, canvas, which is relatively strong. Usually put a change of normal clothes and shoes in it. In summer, you usually bring more socks, so you don't bring shoes. Then take a plastic bag and fill it with toiletries, shampoo, face towel, facial cleanser, body lotion, cleansing oil and water for face application. Actually, there are quite a lot of things. The most important thing is the water cup. Whether in summer or winter, I like to drink hot water when sweating, and I don't like to drink ice water and hot water to quench my thirst. I used to like to use my wallet when I was running.
