What do young people do when they are lonely?
When young people feel lonely, they can try the following activities to relieve their emotions:

1. Find like-minded people to do things you like, such as joining interest groups, clubs or organizations.

2. Know new things in public places, such as libraries, art galleries, museums and concerts.

3. Communicate with friends and family and share your inner feelings and thoughts.

4. Implement self-care measures, such as exercise, adequate sleep and maintaining a balanced diet.

5. Learn new skills or try new hobbies, such as cooking a new dish, trying to program, learning new dances and so on.

6. Keeping a diary, writing a letter or writing a poem can express your inner feelings through words.

7. Call family or friends, send text messages or video chat to keep in touch. These activities can enrich life, improve mood and help young people get out of loneliness.
