If your basketball is still strong, there is something wrong with your fitness plan. Because it is necessary to gain muscle, it is difficult to stretch muscle without overload training.
My suggestion is to discuss your training plan with your guidance coach and increase the training intensity appropriately.
If your intensity is in place, I suggest you have a rest and stop playing basketball. Because one is that you can't play well, then your muscles have poor control over movements (self-protection of the body in a state of fatigue), and you are easily injured. If someone touches you slightly, you may fall down, and your self-protection ability is poor (slow muscle response).
It is recommended that you don't play on the training day or the day after leg training, because it is not conducive to the recovery of leg muscles (because playing requires constant running on the court).
