After that, I paid special attention to the frequency of playing with my mobile phone, and found that I spent more than five hours on my mobile phone every day. Except for sleeping time, I was holding my mobile phone half the time, which has seriously affected my life and work, so I began to slowly try to say goodbye to my dependence on my mobile phone:
First, the law of 15 second.
When the starting time of something exceeds 15, we will have less desire to finish it. Every time I go home from work, I will try to put it as far away as possible, and I will check for any phone calls and news during regular breaks. At the same time, I will log out of WeChat every time, and then set the login password of WeChat to be very long. Every time I open WeChat, I put down my phone at the thought of entering so many passwords.
Second, the tomato clock.
To keep yourself focused with a tomato clock is simply to work for 25 minutes and rest for 5 minutes. If there is time, I will deliberately control myself not to get my mobile phone.
Third, stimulate interest.
Sometimes, we just have nothing to do when we play mobile phones. We cultivate one or two hobbies to make life more interesting: I attend a book club in my spare time, organize activities, share and communicate, and I am very busy. My mobile phone was taken out after the last photo shoot.
