Yes The East Campus Gymnasium is located in the middle of the East Campus. Sports facilities include: track and field, football field, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, badminton court, table tennis room, baseball field, softball field, swimming pool, gym, rhythmic gymnastics room, strength training ground, water sports base, multi-functional gymnasium and other venues. There is a gym in the East Campus of Sun Yat-sen University. Sun Yat-sen University was formerly the National Guangdong University founded by Dr. Sun Yat-sen in 1924, and later renamed as "National Sun Yat-sen University" and "National No.1 Sun Yat-sen University", and later renamed as "Zhong Da University". There are four campuses, located in the Pearl River and Nanhai respectively. Now it is a key university directly under the Ministry of Education of China, ranking 985 Project and 2000 Project.
